Important Information
- Cool Rooms must be left empty & allowed up to ONE hour to cool to temperature before filling with stock/items.
- If stock/items are not already cold they could need up to at least 24 hours or more to come down in temperature.
- Please consider any insulating packaging & starting temperature of the items, both can contribute to the cooling process taking longer to come down in temperature
- Adequate airflow around stock is essential to keep the cool room running correctly and efficiently.
- Do not overfill by stacking items to the roof.
- NOTE: At -1 degrees the Small Cool Room is not a freezer! It can keep ice/frozen products stable for a period of time if placed in the cool room frozen, but it CAN NOT freeze them from a higher starting temperature.
